My 36 year old daughters family is struggling with finances. I have talked to her recently and she is receptive to some counseling to help with her finances. I remember many years ago I used a low cost or maybe free nonprofit counseling myself with good results. I live in WA State and her family is in the phoenix area.
I am looking for suggestions that anyone might be aware of for consumer credit counseling in the phoenix area she could use.

NFCC is an org that provides a list of nonprofit credit counseling programs
But there’s nothing stopping her from using the same credit counseling agency you used in WA state if they’re licensed in Arizona. NFCC has a list and I bet a majority of them work in all 50 states
They can advise whether credit counseling is helpful
