I like to look for homesforsalebyowner. I found a site that I would like Clark to talk about: Clever. They claim that they assign your a realtor for 1.5% total cost, and my son said that the cost is to find you a realtor for another 6%, (they are all over the place). Can anyone share their experience with Clever?
Why would anyone pay to have someone assign them a realtor?
