Best value at Costco for our family is car rental. No one has ever matched the discounts and a second driver is included in the price. This has paid for our membership in multiples.

Yes. You actually sign into Costco and then use their site to get best deal with several rental companies.
I just rented a car using costco and got an extra driver for free and got 8 days. Was flawless. Used Kayak and other services but costco travel beat them.
