If you have an Costco Executive Membership, wouldn’t it be better to use another Rewards Visa on purchases other than gas rather than the Costco Citi Visa since with an Executive Membership you already get the 2 % cash back no matter how you pay. Make sense?
It’s a different 2%, so if your alternate card only pays 2%, then the Costco card is just fine. Mine pays 2.5%, so I use that (Alliant CU visa). I get the 2.5% from that, plus the 2% executive rebate.
