Hope all of you had a Great Christmas (I joyously worked because we had many visitors in town with nothing much to do Christmas Day so I gave tours at a local historic site).
Even New Years Eve was a (somewhat) quiet one. When I had dogs I would gather them in the bedroom with the TV on and fan noise so they stayed calm. However now I just watch TV and go to be early, knowing I will be woken up at midnight. They have made a concerted effort to stop people from getting aerial fireworks due to fire concerns. It is easy for us because people cannot easily bring them from another state.
