Maybe the wonderful CA law that let “shoppers” pile merchandise into their carts, (keeping the total amount under $999) and then walking out the door without paying, facing no consequences, had anything to do with it. LOL!

Priceless that the SF city council banned cashless stores. The stupidity of San Fran politicians is stupefying. Let us hurry up and give California independence.
