Foreign transaction fees

Are there any US banks that offer a checking account where if you use the ATM card in Europe you aren’t charged a bunch of transaction fees?

I have a Schwab checking account and they reimburse you for any ATM fees anywhere. I once used my ATM card in Europe and the fee was $35 and Schwab reimbursed it.

It’s been a few years but my Bank of America checking account allowed me to withdraw Euros with no fees at BNP Paribas. But there’s hardly any need for currency in other countries as credit cards are widely accepted as is Apple Pay and Google Pay. I’ve brought home Euros in my wallet that I didn’t get around to spending.
