Evaluate Retirement Pension Options?

We plan on returning in about three years. Would love some feedback on how to evaluate our pension payout options. Lump sum payout is not an option, just the typical types of annuity retirement benefit payouts are available. Please see below. Thank you!

|50% Joint & Survivor Annuity
|75% Joint & Survivor Annuity
|100% Joint & Survivor Annuity
|10 Year Certain & Life Annuity
|15 Year Certain & Life Annuity
|Level Income 50% Joint & Survivor Annuity
|Level Income 100% Joint & Survivor Annuity

What is the Difference between Joint and Level?

We decided to take 100% Joint and Survivor which allowed us to cancel the Life Insurance Expense. We also have a nice 401Kand SS.

Do not remember the specifics… been a while… but the reduction for 100% Joint seemed OK compared to paying for LI.

Health matters; anticipated longevity based upon family and health history matters. Ideally, you want the long ride into the sunset together, but you need to look at what each of you will have if the other passes, and then crunch the numbers from all sources of retirement income options.
