What are some of the benefits of cost averaging your monthy electric bill with your local EMC ?
Folks on a tight monthly budget may benefit from predictability… No surprises.
On the other hand, here in GA, the Electric and Ngas bills act similarly… one goes up while the other goes down. A Negative is that you do not see that you could cutback and the result.
