First business 1966 auto and equipment repair, 1980 started tractor work became a general engineering contractor, added home building contractor. Built my first personal home 1973 with a loan using the land for collateral. Sold it in 1979 and started another new house built with equity from the first. Built and sold three more all with equity and personal labor and funds. 2004 built a storage facility. Still operating it today.
