# Using your Capital Gains for investment in qualified opportunity fund to defer taxes

I have not seen much on this, and would like to know where i can fine a QOF. I see by the map, they are investments in depressed areas.  
I would like to know if it is like a municipal bond? Can clark take about this, if he has not already.

There is significant risk of investing in Qualified Opportunity Zones. They include the underlying risk of the disadvantaged real estate, the multiple years of illiquidity and the high management fees. Listing sites include Novoco, OpportunityZones and QOZ Marketplace.
