# Tracfone's Military Discount

I use Tracfone and saw the offer in a recent newsletter. I tried to apply for the discount and was directed to sign in to [ID.me](http://ID.me) to verify my military record. The link on Tracfone’s site would not allow me to sign in to [ID.me](http://ID.me). Signing in without being on the Tracfone website works fine, but provides no verification to Tracfone. I tried to contact them for 4 hours by chat and voice and only get prepackaged problems that they will address. I have yet to get a reply to my Email to them. It appears to me that this is one of those offers that will remain just that. An offer and nothing else.
