# On Line Bill Pay ... Alliant Problems

I have been with Alliant for many years… have recommended it here.

Alliant has “updated” their Bill Pay for the worst.  
The layout is now awful… far more complicated than before.

# The topper… they deleted one of my once a year payees and I cannot figure out how to add it back or any other new vendor.

Any recommendations on an easy to use Bill Pay that pays a decent interest rate on your deposits. That has been the key to my Satisfaction with Alliant,

My credit union recently updated bill pay. When I first tried to access it using Firefox it wouldn’t load. With Chrome it was marginal - things disappeared or ignored my inputs. After spending more time than I should have being aggravated I gave up. Went back a couple of days later and it had sorted itself out.
