In the process of applying for a LLC, from the GA web site, 4 days later I received a letter asking for more money. Did not feel right. So, I looked up the po box and it’s a scam. How can this be going on this long? They wanted $94.50 - check, scan the QR code or pay online gdps.biz. Super frustrating think about how much money these clowns are making. Smart clowns, I guess. Urrrr ---

This happens with a lot of public records and filings such as buying a house, a DUi arrest, registering a vehicle, corporate registration, property tax assistance, divorce… ---

I received the same letter. It’s a fraud and is not a requirement to establishing your LLC in Georgia.
