This website is very deceiving when helping out customers u talk to assistant about whatever ur concern is mine was about my dog and in order to get answer u got to talk to expert it say in chat with assistant do u want to chat with an expert for only 2.00 that is fully refundable so i went to pay that and when u go to check out it doesnt give u total it goes staright to bank they charge a membership fee and it is so hidden and never said as a total when u check out…customer service is ignorant and not helpful at all
